∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates Will get preference who have working experience with Kontoor and VF Customer/Buyer.
∎ Follow-up an order from product development to shipment.
∎ Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.
∎ Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on time shipping the goods.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in consumption & costing.
∎ Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations.
∎ Setting KPI for the department as well as on time shipment plan also.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with vendors for the best quality trims/accessories to develop samples.
∎ Frequent visit to factory for development & production follow up, various meeting & quality inspection.Maintaining development & shipment data with all relevant & required information.
∎ A 100% Danim & Jaket Garments sourcing / Buying office requires Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser to be filled up by talented professional for Dhaka.
∎ Candidates Will get preference who have working experience with Kontoor and VF Customer/Buyer.
