- Should have account leadership capability
- Should be good communicative
- Should be well skilled on instant costing with instant manual consumption calculation, materials market rate proper knowledge.
- Should have proper knowledge about commercial terms and conditions
- Should have good communication skill with customer and vendors top management level.
- Should have good sourcing about garment factory, trims, accessories, wash factory, print and embroidery factory.
- Should have good knowledge about organized way of production TNA maintenance.
