• Independently execute Knit product development, understand latest fashion trends, source new yarns and develop customer specific collections.·
•  Product development and price offer to the client.·
• Price confirms with the client and provides PI to the client for master L/C.·
• Must Good Skill in Computer Operation, MS Office, Photoshop Etc
• To follow-up T & A on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity.· 
• Lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality submit to the buyer for approval.· Critical path analyzes and PP meeting with the buyer.·
•  Size set submits to the buyer and arranges approval for bulk production.·
•  To Send the required materials (trims, fabric, etc.) third-party test and provide the report to the client.·
•  Space booking to the shipping line and goods handover on time.·
•  Confirm on time and smooth shipment to the buyer.
• Have sound knowledge about merchandising related all works.
• Strong interpersonal skill along with the English language proficiency is must.
• Have an in depth knowledge and experience about product and costing for Knit Garment.
• Have demonstrated capability to sourcing new buyer by marketing.

• Work closely with team leader, technician, Production Team and QC department.
• Meeting the target sales volume, Must have capability to ensure factory monthly workflow by sourcing buyers.
• Should capable to direct communicate with buyer as all the buyer of this company is direct. Assist all the necessary work to the GM, Director, Managing Director to expedite error free and smooth operation/ production.
• Follow up the sample development and process to obtain sample approval in time to meet the production plan.
• Preparation of Bill of Material which consisting of order breakdown, fabrics breakdown, assortment statement, requirement analysis of raw materials and arrange sourcing of it etc.
• Preparation and follow up of time action plan to confirm in time delivery of raw materials to the production unit to keep a pace with the production plan in each unit and each line.
• Monitor and report on order follow up from sampling till shipment.
• Production follow-up.
• Prepare various managerial reports.
• Any other responsibilities entrusted by the Management.
