∎ We are hiring for the following position (s):
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for dealing with customers / buyers as well as coordinate with all concern departments to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Manage order & CBD sheet, creating PO, confirming Material PI aligning with SCM on time.
∎ Time-to-time follow-up with raw materials availability & arrange approval before production in line to ensure no interruption in production line.
∎ Responsible for frequent Overseas Correspondence with potential buyers mainly from USA, Europe, China and India.
∎ Communicating with buyer for getting Master LC and follow-up with giving B2B Material LC on time.
∎ Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), Production Advice (PA) & other instructions before starting the production process.
∎ Coordinate the Pre-Production Trial and PPT Meeting before any bulk production.
∎ Maintain cross functional activities with all concern internal departments to ensure timely quality production.
∎ Negotiate all consumptions with customer and PD and ensure timely approval.
∎ Liaison with Commercial Team about incoming containers & courier, shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc.) and update to buyers.
∎ Prepare all kinds of Production, Inventory & Order Closing Reports.
∎ Follow-up sample development with PD to meet customers' requirements.
∎ Facilitating buyer visit & presenting of existing product lines for new potential buyers.
∎ Any other tasks and duties that may be assigned relevant to JOB SUMMARY.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have 3-5 (Three - Five) years of working experience.
∎ Working experience in the Footwear industry is must.
∎ Have basic knowledge on Import, Export, LC, Shipment etc.
∎ The candidate should be technically sound in shoe consumption, costing & manufacturing process.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing especially in MS Office Suite.
∎ Candidates have to be habituated with ERP System.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Ability to handle problems and facilitate successful & pro-active outcomes.
∎ Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
