Job Responsibilities:
∎ Front End communication with Buyer
∎ Conducting Weekly OTD meeting
∎ Attending & Reporting to weekly Operation Progress
∎ Weekly Critical Path Meetings
∎ Order Review Meetings
∎ Fabric booking & follow up to meet TNA
∎ Sample TNA follow Ups
∎ Consumption & costing saving
∎ Sample Development & planning
∎ Ordering & Follow up on Fabric & Trims
∎ Shipment Planning & bookings.
∎ Quality & Technical related concern
∎ Working with SAP systems
∎ Work experience with US POLO is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year job experience with US POLO buyer.
∎ Good English communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and cost figures.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and creative & self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Used to work in a fast paced design environment.
∎ Identify problems and recommend solutions.
∎ Commercially focused with good feasible sampling.
∎ Strong sense of fashion and curiosity and current market knowledge.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
