• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong commercial, technical, costing & negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of fabric, trims, color, wash, printing, embroidery, QA & production workflow.

• Ability to lead a team and handle multiple buyers simultaneously.

• Excellent command of English for buyer communication.

• Skilled in Excel, email, T&A, BOM, WIP tracking.

• Must be organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

• Prepare Costing and price negotiation with buyers and factories.

• Cross costing of all knit, woven and sweater items.

• Sourcing right factory for the right product maintaining sustainability, quality and cost.

• Follow up the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment with the factories.

• Communicate independently with buyers for pricing, approvals, comments, revisions & order confirmation.

• Handle L/C, Sales Contract and commercial matters.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly merchandising status reports for management.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and support departments.
