∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser/ Senior Merchandiser to lead our Product Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end product development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative, high-quality products that meet market demands and customer expectations.

∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Product Development:
∎ Lead the product development process from concept to final approval, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, market trends, and company goals.
∎ Collaborate with design teams to develop product specifications, material selections, and prototypes.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for new product lines.
∎ Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials within budget constraints.
∎ Plan and manage development timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule.
∎ Monitor production samples and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
∎ Coordinate with the production team to transition products from development to mass production seamlessly.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for product innovation and improvement.
∎ Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align product offerings with market needs.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
∎ Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the development cycle.
