Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate and maintain communication with the Respondent Department to facilitate the development of all products within the specified schedule, in alignment with purchase orders.
∎ Aid the Supervisor in overseeing the execution of supply orders, handling commercial tasks, managing inventory, conducting quality checks, and ensuring punctual product shipments.
∎ Throughout the product development process, ensure that products align with both the customer's quality standards and budget constraints.
∎ Possess the ability to engage in email communication for addressing new inquiries, providing updates, and following up on various matters. Take responsibility for merchandise from its development stage to the point of product shipment.
∎ Provide assistance in preparing necessary reports, documentation, filing tasks, and data entry.
