• Age 25 to 50 years

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients (buyers) and the company.

• Understand their requirements, timelines, and specifications.

• Handle and manage the entire order process, from receiving the order to delivery.

• Ensure timely execution and follow-up on production and shipments.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and finalize new styles, materials, and samples according to client specifications.

• Prepare accurate cost sheets for the assigned orders, including fabric, trims, and labor costs. Provide competitive pricing and ensure cost control.

• Coordinate with production and sourcing teams to ensure smooth production timelines, quality control, and timely delivery.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in fashion, fabric, and garment production to provide innovative and market-relevant solutions.

• Prepare and maintain order-related documents such as Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices, shipping documents, and other reports.
