• Supervise the creation of garment samples and prototypes, working closely with pattern makers and sample technicians. Review sample garments for fit, functionality, and design accuracy.

• Oversee garment fitting sessions, analyzing fit and recommending adjustments to patterns and construction techniques to ensure the best fit and comfort for end customers.

• Prepare and maintain detailed technical specifications (Tech Packs) for garments, including design sketches, fabric details, measurements, and construction methods.

• Ensure all product specifications are clear and production-ready.

• Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to ensure garments are both functional and stylish, using the latest fabrics, finishes, and technology.
