Job Context:
∎ Department : Marketing/Merchandising
∎ Report to (Direct) : Assistant Manager/Senior Merchandiser
∎ Job Summary: To execute orders independently from development till shipment. Handle at least 2 to 3 buyers accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare cost sheet for each product or item, review production tech-pack, identify the new materials, clarify the discrepancies and arrange the standards for each key accounts as per requirements
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials booking and delivery
∎ Source materials with good quality and competitive price
∎ Coordinate with buying office and handle buying QC
∎ Prepare TnA plans and follow the approved TnA plan accordingly
∎ Communicate with ovearseas and local suppliers to ensure orders are done as per specification
∎ Follow the process and procedures of buyers
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper and in time production
∎ Book trims and accessories for initial and repeat orders and agree delivery dates with suppliers
∎ Follow-up on all approval process - fabric, trim, wash etc
∎ Make file for each style and ensure all required information is in the file
∎ Review production status with Supervisor and push the delivery on time
∎ Attend PP meeting
∎ Attend weekly QA meeting to follow-up the quality and production status
∎ Liaise with the factories to ensure potential problems are highlighted and cautions are taken
∎ Arrange sample dispatch to customers and suppliers
∎ Handle development stage activities independently
∎ Assist in preparing required reports, documentation, filing and data entry
∎ Coordinate customers, suppliers visit
∎ Visit factory as per schedule
∎ Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiativeto solve problem by sharing information with supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years in similar field.
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Very good communication skill - verbal and written
∎ Sound knowledge in computer
∎ Young and energetic; interested to build a career in Indesore.
∎ Very much target oriented
∎ Good team player
∎ Smart and positive attitude
