Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Merchandising, in all facets of managing a successful department, to meet financial objectives
∎ Responsible for all communication regarding PO creation and maintenance, to production and PO control
∎ Maintain assortment sheets, style management in RMS, and process markdowns
∎ Communicate changes in deliveries, receipt quantities and other merchandise operations to appropriate members of the cross-functional team on a timely basis
∎ Communicate with other Assistant Merchandisers across departments to ensure that deliveries are consistent in coordinating items
∎ Quotation and pricing
∎ Sample development and follow up.
∎ Counter sample, production sample follow up and timely approval to proceed production
∎ Production to shipment
∎ Fabric booking and in-housing
∎ Accessories booking and in-housing
∎ Production follow up daily
∎ Commercial information associated
∎ Track/maintain apparel documents, and assist in meeting deliverables related to calendar timelines
∎ Assist in the development of flow plan and pricing strategy that supports category positioning.
∎ Generate various business analysis (weekly, monthly and seasonally)
∎ Manage sample process (ordering and maintenance) and updates coordination lists and boards
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned
