We are currently looking for an experienced Footwear Merchandiser to join our team and manage end-to-end product development and order execution with our customers and local factories.

- Manage the full merchandising process from product development to buy.

- Coordinate with customers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely sample submission and order execution.

- Communicate daily with buyers and suppliers regarding pricing, materials, and production status.

- Develop cost breakdowns (CBD) and work with costing and sourcing teams for price negotiation.

- Prepare and manage budgets, bulk material PIs and POs.

- Monitor production progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve issues proactively.

- Maintain accurate order tracking, documentation, and reporting.

- Support factory visits, buyer meetings, and development reviews as required.

- Must be a strong team player, able to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Any Others task assigned by management.
