Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing/ Fashion Designing from reputed university or diploma in Textile will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with the buyer and designer in order to confirm receipt of the design pack and to provide and agree on a target due date for the sample.
∎ Review lead-times of the proposed fabric have & trims update NEXT on long lead-times.
∎ Ensure design packs are discussed within 24 hours of receivable.
∎ Check the feasibility of samples (price and product) check alternative options with the UK.
∎ Ensure base testing is carried out for new fabrics and trims, and issues are discussed with the Fabric Technician and handover to the production team in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure lab dips are ordered on time.
∎ Follow the below procedures to ensure style handovers to the production team happens accurately.
∎ Production :
∎ Liaise with factories in agreeing on Critical Path for all styles in order to ensure PCD dates are met.
∎ Follow up on pending lab dips/lab dip, pending trims / trim approvals from the point of hand over from Development to production.
∎ Review delivery progress with the team, factories, and fabric mills on a weekly basis bring in to the attention of the manager of exceptions
∎ Review weekly shipment forecast and raise airfreights which is not approved with NUK
∎ Visit factories, fabric mills, embellishment plants on a regular basis in order to build and maintain relationships them

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience reputed multinational Buying/Sourcing/ Liaison Office.
∎ Having excellent product knowledge on Jersey
∎ Efficient in computer operation on Microsoft Office applications
∎ Problem Solving Skill
∎ Should have practical experience in a fast-paced/multi-cultural environment.
∎ Have a good understanding of fashion/ apparel history.
∎ Have experience on day to day direct communication with the buyer.
