Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for individual order starting from the development till shipment.
∎ Strong Knowledge and experience on Denim products , Denim Fabrics and Denim washes and treatment.
∎ Capable to follow Up Denim Development including fabric sourcing.
∎ Capable to execute order independently.
∎ Capable to follow up production in order to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ Work out solution to problem.
∎ Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and processes.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing and merchandising Department.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of Denim fabrics, washing, trims and accessories.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / SMS/per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Working experience in a Garments Laundry Wash Industry will be a added advantage.
∎ Any other responsibility assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command on English & Computer.
∎ PC skills are essential - specifically Excel, Word and E-mail.
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparence, proactive stance and positive style.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Able to assess options and implications in order to identify a solution.
∎ Must be rigorous, organized, open minded, able to work among a team and should have a natural leadership.
∎ Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest and dedicated and self-motivated.
