∎ Minimum Graduation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Minimum 06 years experience with HnM buyer handling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience to work with H&M,
∎ Manage & leading a team to achieve the company goals & objectives.
∎ Make sure that all team members will develop and grow by giving & taking feedback.
∎ Supervise and control that best price, quality and lead-times are given to customers
∎ Organizing new product development, sourcing factory, fabric and trims.
∎ Monitoring work in progress with team members & vendors to meet sourcing needs.
∎ Follow-up for development samples, artwork approvals.
∎ Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers.
∎ Source new development and arrange necessary presentation for customer.
∎ All other special job as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Analytical and problem solving ability.
∎ High integrity and business ethics.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Good spoken and written English.
∎ Able to manage multiple tasks/projects.
∎ Team player.

Salary: Negotiable
