Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should possess a thorough knowledge in woven garment production especially in woven.
∎ Manage buyers/client account independently from order inquiry to shipment.
∎ Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure on time shipment and 100% quality approval.
∎ Work with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure orders are done as per specifications.
∎ Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Monitoring of overall activities of suppliers, commercial, shipping, quality checking of goods, etc., to ensure smooth production and shipment.
∎ To corresponds with buyer & fulfill their requirement.
∎ Ability to analyze price structure & make costing.
∎ Source new development and arrange necessary presentation for customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience in large woven garments group.
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers.
∎ We are looking for a real responsible person who is honest and can handle his duty professionally.
∎ Must be very organized and fluent in English.
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
