Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Design the technical utility layouts a industrial production facility and modern cloud kitchens, focusing on heavy electrical load distribution, industrial exhaust (HVAC), and specialized drainage (e.g., grease traps).
Ensure all utility designs strictly adhere to food safety and HACCP zoning requirements, specifically the separation of raw material handling and cooked product flows.
Research, specify, and technically approve heavy-duty industrial F&B machinery.
Crucial ERP Duty: Accurately log all Bills of Materials (BoM) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) asset specifications into our ERP system for strict budget control and procurement tracking.
