Educational Requirements:
∎ Completed Bachelor degree (Social workers, Education, Psychology, Public health, relevant degree)
Job Context:
∎ As a Men and Boys Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for conduct group activities for men and boys at integrated centre and other RI facilities and communities inside refugee camps and host communities under the guidance from GBV associate.
∎ Duty Station: Ukhiya/ Teknaf
∎ Report To: Community Outreach Associate
∎ Position directly supervises: Community Volunteers
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: 31st December, 2021
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct variety of group activities at integrated center and community for men and boys; group discussion, edutainment, relaxation & recreation, alternative learning, pre-vocational training and empowering activities.
∎ Supervise, training, coaching, mentoring and monitoring community volunteers
∎ Support awareness raising campaign and event activities as needed
∎ Register men and boys who received care with segregated age-, sex-, location and report to GBV associate daily
∎ Document number of appropriated referring GBV cases to access to service providers and report daily to GBV/ CP case management
∎ Maintain good coordination/ collaboration with other RI staffs, partner and other stakeholder
∎ Ensure recognized international best practices and Relief International policies are applied in the work with women, girls and vulnerable persons
∎ Providing Psychological Support Activities to reduce risk of GBV and other harm in refugee community.
∎ Any other responsibilities as requested by supervisor

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one Gross salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly Gross salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
