∎ Masters in any discipline; relaxed in case of experienced candidate and candidate experienced with Development Project;
∎ Minimum of 3 years working experience in project monitoring with development projects, of which at least two years experience with Agriculture/WASH/DRR project;
∎ Data Analysis and Survey;
∎ Regulars Monitoring and Reporting;
∎ Periodic data analysis, programme reviews/meeting at different levels with field staff in collaboration with project staff;
∎ Operate KOBO or related Software;
∎ Prepare success case stories and event reports;
∎ Facilitate internal and external monitoring and auditing.
∎ Able to ride a motorcycle.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Optimum utilization of the resources and smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Monitor and supervise the implementation of the TBR project with extensive field visits.
∎ Periodic data analysis, programme reviews/meeting at different levels with field staff in collaboration with project staff reach target.
∎ Monitor and provide support for the administrative and financial management of the program.
∎ Assess training needs and ensure training to concerned staffs.
∎ Monitoring monthly and quarterly meetings with progress reviews and developing actions on shortcoming for achieving the started target and time.
∎ Prepare proper weekly, monthly, quarterly, and inventory reports and presentations
∎ Actively participated in the team and prepared the annual work plan and monthly action plan.
∎ Prepare an action-taking report monthly and any audit findings and send them to the project manager.
∎ Regular monitoring and periodical evaluation of the project.
∎ Facilitate monthly and quarterly staff meetings to review progress and develop data analysis presentation for further improvement of the program.
∎ Prepare success case stories and event reports
∎ Ensuring different reporting, checking the different documents, and ensuring the quality of the project.
∎ Monitoring, Supervision, and Coordination:
∎ Maintain regular coordination with Government and other stakeholders in implementing the project.
∎ Conduct regular field monitoring visits as per the action plan and prepare monthly visit reports.
∎ Facilitate internal and external monitoring and audit.
∎ Ensure diseases report weekly, monthly, and quarterly and acquire and complete reporting as per the agreement.
∎ Have to carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the project manager/senior management as and when required for the interest of the project as well as for the organization
∎ Under the supervision of Team Leader- Emergency & Humanitarian Response, the MEL Officer under the Transboundary Flood Resilience Project in South Asia (TBR II Phase) will be responsible for utilization of the resources and smooth implementation of the project, Monitor and supervise the implementation of the TBR project and Facilitate monthly and quarterly staff meetings to review progress . S/he will conduct regular field monitoring visits as per the action plan and prepare monthly visit reports.
