As a Medical Visa Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients who seek medical treatment abroad by guiding them through the visa application process, coordinating with hospitals, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of visa procedures for medical purposes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in understanding medical visa requirements for various countries.
- Guide patients and their attendants through the visa application process.
- Collect and verify necessary documents, including medical reports, appointment letters, and passport details.
- Coordinate with foreign hospitals and clinics to arrange medical invitations and confirmations.
- Schedule appointments at embassies or visa application centers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy regulations, visa policies, and health-related travel protocols.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding travel dates, ticketing, and accommodation related to medical treatment.
- Offer post-visa support, including travel insurance and airport pickup arrangements.
- Handle confidential client information with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, embassies, and healthcare facilitators.
