Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology and 1 year MLOP certificate course training.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Giving treatment in outdoor
∎ Assist in OT
∎ Pre & Post operative care
∎ Autoclaving/sterilizing
∎ Stock management of Eye department
∎ Reporting
∎ Meet and greet each and every patient.
∎ Giving health services by managing and treatment of eye patients in outdoor service.
∎ Registration of eye patients in patients' register.
∎ Sending monthly medical requirement with the help of MO.
∎ Sending monthly report to MO.
∎ Maintenance and autoclaving of instruments and proper maintenance of medicine and equipment.
∎ Responsible for arranging eye instruments in trolley during secondary health camps.
∎ Assist eye surgeon as per need
∎ Pre-operative/ post-operative care of the patients during secondary camp.
∎ Preparation of requisition for secondary health camp in consultation of MO and submit to him.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and fumigation of OT.
∎ Maintain daily departmental quality checklist and preserve it.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Maintaining stock register
∎ Excellent communication skills and desire to learn.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places specially in riverine areas
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer operation specially MS Office and email communication.
∎ Any work assigned as per advice from higher authority.
