We are looking for a Medical Sales Leader who is passionate about making a difference in emergency response preparedness by promoting AHA-certified CPR training programs and AED placements for corporate, public, and medical sectors.Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Drive sales for AHA-certified CPR training programs and AED placements in Bangladesh.
∎ • Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients, hospitals, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
∎ • Conduct sales presentations, CPR awareness sessions, and product demonstrations.
∎ • Ensure proper AED placement in offices, public areas, and medical institutions as part of our learning ecosystem.
∎ • Work independently to manage leads, schedule meetings, and close deals.
∎ • Report market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance to the management team.
∎ Requirements:
∎ • Must have a motorcycle or similar personal transport for client visits.
∎ • AHA CPR certification and startup entrepreneurial experience are must-haves.
∎ • 5+ years of experience in medical sales, insurance, or healthcare services.
∎ • Experience working with an international company is mandatory.
∎ • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
∎ • Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
∎ • Own a laptop with video capability and a reliable internet connection.
∎ Employment Options & Compensation:Full-Time Sales Leader
∎ • Base salary plus bonus targets up to BDT 75,000 – 100,000
