We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Medical Device Sales and Event Management Leader to join our team. This role combines strategic sales leadership with the management of high-impact events to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical device sales, exceptional event planning skills, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing direction and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute medical device events, including product launches, conferences, workshops, and trade shows.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to deliver high-quality experiences within scope and on budget.
- Evaluate event success through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, using insights to improve future events.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase new products, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s medical device portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for the sales team and clients to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry advancements, regulatory changes, and medical innovations to inform sales strategies and product development.
