  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and event management tools.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Medical Device Sales and Event Management Leader to join our team. This role combines strategic sales leadership with the management of high-impact events to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical device sales, exceptional event planning skills, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing direction and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

Event Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute medical device events, including product launches, conferences, workshops, and trade shows.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to deliver high-quality experiences within scope and on budget.
  • Evaluate event success through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, using insights to improve future events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase new products, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s medical device portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for the sales team and clients to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry advancements, regulatory changes, and medical innovations to inform sales strategies and product development.
