1. Clinical & Patient Care

• Provide medical consultation, assessment, and treatment to infertility patients under the guidance of senior consultants.

• Take detailed patient history, perform basic clinical examinations, and assist in diagnosis.

• Monitor patients during OPD visits, procedures, and follow-up sessions.

2. IVF & Fertility Treatment Support

• Assist consultants in fertility treatments including IVF, IUI, Ovulation Induction, TESA, PESA, and related procedures.

• Prepare patients for procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure medical instructions.

• Monitor treatment protocols and report patient progress to consultants.

3. Medical Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, treatment notes, and investigation reports.

• Ensure proper documentation in HMS/EMR systems in compliance with clinic policies.

• Prepare discharge summaries, prescriptions, and referral notes as required.

4. Patient Counseling & Communication

• Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment plans, medications, procedures, risks, and follow-up schedules.

• Address patient concerns professionally and ensure ethical medical practice.

• Coordinate with nurses, embryologists, and counselors for patient care.

5. Emergency & On-Call Support

• Provide emergency medical support within the fertility centre when required.

• Identify complications and promptly escalate cases to senior doctors or consultants.

6. Coordination & Team Support

• Work closely with consultants, embryology lab staff, nursing team, and administration.

• Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and departmental coordination.

7. Infection Control & Clinical Safety

• Follow standard infection prevention and control protocols.

• Ensure proper use of medical equipment and adherence to clinical safety guidelines.

8. Ethical Practice & Compliance

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with medical ethics and institutional policies.

• Follow national medical regulations and fertility treatment guidelines.

9. Continuous Learning & Development

• Keep updated with advancements in reproductive medicine and infertility management.

• Participate in training programs, workshops, and internal academic sessions.
