∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Must have valid Registration of BMDC.
Job Context:
∎ As a Medical Officer, you have to serve our employee’s health-related issues. Spending time with our employees to analyze their health problems and serving them with proper solutions. A-One Polar Ltd (sister concern of Micro Fibre group) is looking for deserving candidates for the position of Medical Officer.
∎ Job Location will be at A-One Polar Ltd, Vulta, Rupgonj, and Narayangonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the highest standards in patient care.
∎ Perform medical checkups during Recruitment.
∎ Supervising & mentoring medical assistants.
∎ Perform administrative duties and health risk management.
∎ Verify complex diagnoses and facilitate treatment plans.
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
∎ Conduct periodic follow up of pregnant employees and sustain nutrition programs for pregnant employees.
∎ Conduct periodic training of First Aiders and ensure relevant compliance guidelines.
∎ Report to senior management as well as liaise between administrative and medical staff.
∎ Sharing improvement plan of Health & Safety with factory welfare team.
∎ Ensure consistent and accurate medical record-keeping practices.

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
