Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate and registered with Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A Medical Officer (MO) is an appropriately qualified and registered medical professional with knowledge and skills to provide personal, family, and community orientated comprehensive primary healthcare medical services to individuals at clinic and field level. As a part of the team he/she is responsible for providing patient-centered, culturally appropriate, and holistic care to a defined population.
∎ Provide family planning services, with contraceptive advice and sexual health services.
∎ Ensure Immunization programs making available to the target population.
∎ Prepare monthly report, health center budgets and drug requisitions at regular basis.
∎ Supervise all staff of the complex (Paramedic, Lab technician Counselor, Physiotherapist, Health assistants etc.)
∎ Provide technical assistance to Paramedic, Lab technician and Health assistants to improve their technical competencies.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of the health center as well as quality health service.
∎ Ensure effective and timely coordination and liaise with head office, GOB, other Stakeholder and local community.
∎ Take initiative to increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and records of all services and generate necessary reports as per office requirements.
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have completed CMU / DMU.
∎ Must possess the ability to work under pressure; should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; should have good command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Having at least 2 years practical experience including 1 year experience in health related NGO's.
∎ Preference will be given to the female candidate.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidate having experiences in providing Primary Health care through NGO clinics.
∎ Competency: Self-motivated, energetic with time management skill.
∎ Computer skill: Should have competency on MS office package, email and web browsing

Salary:
∎ Tk. 56000 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 56,000/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Two Festival Allowance, Nobo Borsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
