Job Responsibilities:
∎ PLANNING:
∎ To participate in policy and strategy development meetings.
∎ To support the management in decision making
∎ IMPLEMENTATION:
∎ To support overall implementation of TB Control programme in the project
∎ Supervise and provide technical support to ensure anti-TB treatment according to NTP guidelines through periodic field visits;
∎ Ensure availability of anti-TB drugs and other supplies.
∎ MONITORING, SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION :
∎ Support Project Coordinator in maintaining overall coordination with Government, BRAC and other stakeholders in implementing TB Control activities;
∎ Support periodic monitoring of TB Control activities according to action plan and prepare report;
∎ Facilitate internal and external monitoring;
∎ Supervise and coordinate quality assurance and surveillance system;
∎ Attend monthly and quarterly program review meetings.
∎ REPORTING AND DISSEMINATION:
∎ Ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting as per the agreement;
∎ Ensure any other report to BRAC and NTP as and when necessary;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 2 years experience in relevant field and/or area of Health Program Management;
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill;
∎ Good oral and written communication skill;
∎ Report writing skill;
∎ Motorbike driving is mandatory;
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office, e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power-point.
Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
