Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper medical care for all employees of factory
Refer the serious and critical patients to respective hospitals, if required;
Supervise the works of Medical Assistant / Health Worker and First Aid workers;
Oversee welfare activities and census;
Arrange counselling & Training program regarding health and safety issues;
Organise seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out;
Report to HRM and communicate any health and welfare related issues.
It is a full time job.
