Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

• 5 to 7 years

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems, PCB design and mechanical CAD tools
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD· Real-world experience with Allen-Bradley or equivalent PLCs
• Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors and edge devices
• Experience with PCB design and soldering/debugging circuits
• Familiar with version control (Git), documentation tools and debugging equipment

Mechanical Design G Prototyping

• Design 2D/3D mechanical components and enclosures using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
•  Create technical drawings and design documentation for prototyping and manufacturing
•  Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on part fabrication and assembly

Embedded Systems G Microcontroller Programming

•  Develop firmware for microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, etc.)
•  Program edge devices such as Raspberry Pi for sensor integration, data logging, and automation tasks
•  Interface various I/O components using GPIO, I2C, SPI, and UART

PCB Design G Hardware Development

•  Design, layout, and test custom PCBs using KiCAD, Eagle, or Altium
•  Perform board bring-up, soldering (SMD/THT), and circuit-level debugging
•  Select components and manage the BOM for prototype and production runs

PLC Programming G Industrial Automation

•  Develop, test, and deploy real-time control logic using Allen-Bradley PLCs (RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000) or equivalent platforms (Siemens, Omron, etc.)
•  Implement control logic using ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams
•  Integrate PLCs with HMIs, sensors, and actuators
•  Ensure system safety, reliability, and adherence to industrial control standards

System Integration G Testing

•  Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems into a cohesive working product
•  Develop and maintain wiring diagrams, system schematics, and interface documentation
•  Conduct thorough testing and validation of prototypes and final systems
•  Troubleshoot and debug system-level issues across hardware and software

Documentation G Collaboration

•  Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation: schematics, BOMs, firmware, and system diagrams
•  Use version control (Git) for firmware and project files
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams on RCD and deployment

Office Time - 10:00 AM–2:30 PM at office, 8:00 PM–12:00 AM from home.
