Job Context

A reputed 100% export-oriented RMG Group is looking for a skilled/Fresher person for the Mechanical Store Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing of Purchase Requisition for all types of mechanical Items.

• Maintain & update Mechanical Items Inventory.

• Purchase Invoice, Delivery Invoice, Indent/Purchase Requisition.

• Monthly Mechanical Store Report.

• Supply Machines/spare parts/ other mechanical items to floor.

• Issue Material requisition slips.

• Stock Summery Check.

• Opening stocks as per reports on daily basis specially running items.

• Verify all the incoming/outgoing material according to SOP, ISO standard.

• Maintain Mechanical store physically.

• Manage and lead the day to day operations of Mechanical store.

• Monitor daily materials receiving and delivery of Mechanical materials, spare parts etc.

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement of Mechanical Store.

• Maintain inventory by using LIFO, FIFO.

• Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
