Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.
Must have strong technical & conceptual skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
A renowned 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as Mechanical In-Charge for Washing Plant located at Gazipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise mechanical maintenance operations.
Lead installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment.
Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and tools.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Provide technical training and guidance to the maintenance team.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults efficiently, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Maintain detailed maintenance records, logs, and reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for equipment servicing and spare parts procurement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines.
Train and guide the maintenance team to improve technical skills and operational efficiency.
