Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.

Responsibilities & Context:
A renowned 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as Laboratory In-Charge for Washing Plant located at Gazipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all laboratory operations, including scheduling, testing, and reporting.
Ensure all laboratory procedures comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Supervise laboratory technicians and provide necessary training and guidance.
Maintain laboratory equipment, arrange calibration, and ensure timely repairs.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory activities.
Monitor inventory of chemicals, reagents, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
Verify test results for accuracy before reporting.
Prepare and present laboratory performance reports to management.
Ensure proper waste management and safe disposal of laboratory materials.
