Job Context:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our Woven/Knit Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing Department. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge of dyeing, printing, and finishing machinery, along with proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting within an established textile mill. The position requires strong practical expertise to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime of all related machines and utility systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair all dyeing, printing, and finishing machinery, including stenter, compactor, dryer, calendar, padding mangle, and related equipment.
• Monitor daily machine performance and take prompt action to resolve mechanical faults or breakdowns.
• Plan and execute preventive and routine maintenance to ensure continuous production flow.
• Inspect machine components and coordinate spare parts requirements with the management.
• Work closely with the production team to support smooth and efficient plant operation.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and spare parts usage.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with factory safety rules and operational standards.
