Job Context:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our Spinning Department. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of spinning machinery and proven experience in mechanical maintenance and repair in an established textile mill. The position requires hands-on expertise to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime of all spinning equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair all types of spinning machinery, including ring frames, carding, drawing, simplex, blow room, and related equipment.
• Monitor daily machine performance and take prompt action to resolve any mechanical issues.
• Plan and perform preventive and routine maintenance to minimize production interruptions.
• Inspect machine parts regularly and report spare parts requirements to management.
• Support production teams by ensuring continuous and efficient machine operation.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and machine performance logs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and factory operational standards.
• Assist in machinery upgrades or modifications as required
