• Age: 28 to 40 years (preferred)

• Strong practical knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and in shift operations.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

• Experience in handling breakdowns and root cause analysis.

• Operate and maintain factory machinery and mechanical equipment.

• Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and take immediate action.

• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery.

• Maintain logs and documentation related to maintenance activities.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Work closely with production and electrical teams for coordinated operations.

• Support process improvement and machine efficiency initiatives.
