Age: 28 to 40 years (preferred)
Strong practical knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems.
Ability to work under pressure and in shift operations.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Experience in handling breakdowns and root cause analysis.
Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and maintain factory machinery and mechanical equipment.
Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and take immediate action.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery.
Maintain logs and documentation related to maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Work closely with production and electrical teams for coordinated operations.
Support process improvement and machine efficiency initiatives.
