Age: 25 to 35 years (preferred)
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machine parts, and industrial equipment.
Capable of working independently and under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (if any) is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
• Supervise and execute daily maintenance activities of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns promptly to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports of maintenance and repair works.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and utility functions.
• Analyze repetitive issues and recommend long-term solutions.
