Education:

- B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc in Industrial and production Engineering (IPE).
- Retired MES Engineer is an advantage.
- Must have knowledge of processing plant.

Responsibilities & Context:
Operational Management:
- Oversee the entire meat processing operation, from slaughtering to packaging.
- Ensure production schedules are met and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to prevent downtime.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and communication among employees.
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Implement and monitor quality control programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage inspections and audits, addressing any issues promptly.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee inventory management, including raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage relationships with vendors.
- Monitor stock levels and implement measures to minimize waste.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the plant’s budget.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.
