∎ Relief International (RI) has been working in Bangladesh since 2004, implementing programs covering emergency response, health, economic opportunity, trafficking in persons, gender equality and youth empowerment. RI has been present in Cox’s Bazar since 2014 where it was implementing a trafficking in person’s project in Ukhiya and Teknaf supporting old caseload refugees as well as host communities prior to the large-scale influx. Since 2017, RI has scaled up its operations in Cox’s Bazar to support the emergency response by providing integrated, multi-sectoral programming for refugee and host communities, covering health services, child protection, SGBV. Relief International is currently implementing a large scale refugee response program in Cox`s Bazar in Bangladesh in collaboration with multiple partners including UNHCR.
∎ Relief International combines humanitarian and development approaches to provide immediate services while laying the groundwork for long-term impact. Our signature approach which we call the RI Way emphasizes local participation, an integration of services, strategic partnerships, and a focus on civic skills. In this way, we empower communities to find, design and implement the solutions that work best for them.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support/lead to develop M&E framework/reporting format for the Nutrition/Health project activities closely aligned to the project theory of change.
∎ Ensure participatory M&E tools are in practice.
∎ Update the project’s Indicator Performance Tracking Table regularly.
∎ Monitor technical part of project implementation routinely and coordinate to support Monthly/Quarterly/Annual donor reporting.
∎ Develop M&E framework with definition of each indicator and case study example collected.
∎ Compile, aggregate and analyze Nutrition program data and information elements required to produce standardized information products and implement data/information collection plans for baseline and context-specific data.
∎ Prepare and operationalize Database to capture routine monitoring and processing functions installed and maintained.
∎ Undertake regular field visits to both Integrated Nutrition Center-1 and Center-2 of camp-3 to support implementation of M&E and check the quality of data produced by the field level nutrition staffs and volunteers.
∎ Prepare/produce data aggregation products and analysis to meet requirements for monthly, quarterly & annual progress reports for UNHCR, WFP, Nutrition Sector and RI-Management.
∎ Prepare and submit schedule reports timely (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual/Periodic as needed) to Nutrition Coordinator in collaboration with Sr. MEAL Officer/other Coordinators.
∎ Ensure monthly database of all under-5 children, PLW, adolescents, component specific beneficiaries of OTP/TSFP/BSFP/PLW/IYCF/CMAMI.
∎ Oversee surveillance of GMP data of 0-59 month children and propose specific actions for program/management/Donor.
∎ Analysis of processed Nutrition/health related data and information and perform data quality and consistency control.
∎ Support in baseline/mid-term/end line survey by a third-party service provider.
∎ Prepare consolidated monthly progress reports for the management, Donors, Nutrition sector including identification of problems, causes of potential bottlenecks in implementation and provide specific recommendations.
∎ Document Organizational learning, strengths and challenges and other M&E information properly and share with the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Contribute to the development of contextually appropriate IEC materials.
∎ Identify capacity gaps related to M&E and develop appropriate training/supervision plan.
∎ Support/lead capacity building of staff and volunteers of nutrition team through TNA ad on-the- job training and formal training along with Nutrition Coordinator/Site Supervisors.
∎ Support Nutrition Coordinator in representing Relief International in meeting with the Donor, Nutrition Sector, CiC/RRRC Office, Camp-level and other stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject from any reputed public or private university Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science will get preference.
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E/MEAL department. Experience in the field of Community Nutrition/Health implementation/emergency response with monitoring and evaluation of development/emergency projects will get preference.
∎ Candidates with technical knowledge and experience in Community management of acute malnutrition (CMAM), C-MAMI and IYCF/E, Community mobilization, SBCC programming etc. will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Chittagonian/Rohingya Language will get preference.
∎ Ability to work under minimal supervision with minimal resource
