• Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related discipline. Master in Public Health degree is an advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in development or humanitarian projects.

• Experience with MEAL systems in nutrition, WASH, or livelihoods projects preferred.

• Familiarity with data collection tools (KoBo, ODK, CommCare, etc.) and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Excel dashboards).

• Previous experience working in the Chittagong Hill Tracts or other complex, multi-ethnic settings will be an asset.

POSITION SUMMARY

• The MEAL Officer will support the implementation of the project’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system to ensure the effective tracking of results, learning, and accountability across all CHT districts.

• Reporting to the MEAL Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting data collection, management, analysis, reporting, and feedback mechanisms from project sites. The role requires strong collaboration with program and partner staff to ensure quality data, adaptive learning, and compliance with Helen Keller Intl’s MEAL standards.
