Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having a Complete Understanding of CODEC-UNICEF Education Project's operation & management.
∎ Develop monitoring tools and techniques jointly with CODEC UNICEF Education Project with H.O team.
∎ Implementation monitoring system in the field; collect and ensure qualitative and quantitative data for MIS
∎ Assisting project management to develop appropriate program process and assessment designs with indicators and data collection methods consistent with the qualitative and quantitative changes of lives and livelihoods in terms of project goal & objectives
∎ Develop an overall operational plan of proposed project under the guidance of M&E.HO & UNICEF team to meet the objectives stated in the proposal.
∎ Provide regular support to monitoring and documentation components
∎ Prepare monthly monitoring report and send to project Management
∎ Developed a monitoring system for PO s & TOs – Unicef Education Project & implement for measuring impact through various approaches
∎ Implement reporting system and documentation as per project needs
∎ Ensure quality data to measuring impact of the project interventions through various approaches using both qualitative and quantitative process.
∎ Prepare monthly, Quarterly and Annual plan based on the overall plan.
∎ Prepare required report from UNICEF and send to Programme Manager
∎ Contribute in developing MIS for implementing and measuring impact of the program.
∎ Measuring sustainability of different project interventions.
∎ Coordinate Unicef Education Project's M&R activities with the team to oversee the design functioning of entire system.
∎ Design, Develop and assist on developing different training courses and training materials for the project relevant d to monitoring, evaluation and reporting
∎ Conduct school profiling exercise through involving schools & communities.
∎ Technical activities:
∎ Conduct/ Assist research/ survey on education project as needed
∎ Leading to increase use of early grades reading assessment tools and techniques for teachers, GoB officials and project staffs
∎ Used early grade reading assessment results to ruck annual, school, upazila , district reading performance progress for mobilizing school- community action
∎ Ensure data is accurate, reliable, timely, complete and precise.
∎ Monthly data collection, analysis, assist and data upload in web from the field to support periodic monitoring report for the project
∎ Conduct orientation to various development partners, Ngo and government representatives and distinguished visitors on the education project monitoring, evaluation and reporting as needed.
∎ Ensure Implementation of effective Monitoring system in the line with project strategy.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc.) knowledge
∎ Capable to write quality report in English will be necessary
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making.
∎ Minimum 7 years experience in the related field (Monitoring)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 93170 (Monthly)
