∎ Master's in Public Health / Environmental Science / Social Science / Nutrition Science / Social Work or any other relevant disciplines from a recognized university.

∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Experience in various types of report writing, data analysis, survey, KAP survey, FGD, PDM conduct, KoBo tools, monitoring tools, checklists, and formats develop in WASH Humanitarian Response.
∎ Presentation & Reporting Skill.
∎ Able to communicate in the local language (Cox’s Bazar)Ability to work within a team.
∎ Attitude to work flexible hours if required.
∎ Medium in English (Written/verbal).
∎ Organizational capacity and activity planning.
∎ Ability to analyze and synthesize.
∎ Computer skills, KoBo operate.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain overall monitoring, evaluation and documentation of the project. Besides, prepare a proper plan and organize the project activity monitoring and documentation and ensure the necessary support for quality implementation of the project. Prepare project monthly, interim and completion reports following the IOM reporting template.
∎ NGO Forum is looking for an experienced, proactive, self-driven & motivated person with plenty of enthusiasm to join our talented MEAL cum reporting team.
∎ Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize the project activity monitoring and documentation to ensure the necessary support for quality implementation of the project.
∎ Develop different kind of quality documentations, stories considering project progress and positive changes in people's lives throughout the project implementation.
∎ Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences etc.
∎ Monitor the progress of the project and recommend the further measures for ensuring progress.
∎ Monitor the program activities and responsible for coordination, collection, and compilation of data on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly or as decided by the management).
∎ Increase capacity of the project staff and facilitators on M&E system.
∎ Develop the different types of monitoring tools and formats against the activities and ensure the service quality with staff capacity.
∎ Ensure different types of reports like Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly & findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration with the project team.
∎ Monitor the overall ongoing activities of the project with the project leader and other personnel to ensure the service quality and all compliance with plans.
∎ Make sure about WASH service-related data uploaded from the field through Kobo tools and compare the progress regularly.
∎ Provide detailed plan and requirements about distribution and conduct Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) for Hygiene kits and top-up kits distribution beside other hygiene materials.
∎ Conduct the activities in a timely manner and record the activities as a documentation process.
∎ Collect, record, and summarize the required data for the implementation of the project.
∎ Guide and assist the WASH committee in community mobilization and sensitization them to engage in WASH activities.
∎ Ensure community engagement in existing WASH services and strengthen their capacity.
∎ Mobilize the community to change their behavior through hygiene practice.
∎ Prepare and submit relevant various types of WASH field reports to the Project Coordinator.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator have to be accomplished.
∎ NGO Forum for Public Health is seeking an experienced and motivated person to fill the position of MEAL Cum Reporting Officer to improve the overall monitoring system through supervising the community engagement, hygiene promotion, and care and maintenance activities of NGO Forum-IOM Implementation of WASH Services for the Rohingya Refugees Living in Camp in Cox’s Bazar District.

Job Highlights:

∎ The duration of the contract will be until February 25, 2025 but may be extended based on fund availability.
