Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Postgraduate degree, preferably in Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Development Studies and Statistics, or another relevant field.

Job Context:
∎ Based at Ukhiya Office, Cox`s Bazar

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years' experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Accountability and Learning at national or international development or humanitarian organizations. Ability to conduct and manage field for monitoring and research with minimum supervision. Skilled in data analysis and producing analytical using statistical software like SPSS or MS Excel. Skill in using digital platform for data collection (i.e. KoBo, mWater, Field Task). Basic knowledge on monitoring and research approaches, methodologies and tools. Competent in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection with little support. Good communication skill and ability to present findings, learning and best practices internally and externally. Ability to facilitate orientation sessions on tools, guidelines and MERL topics. Willing to provide 50% of his/her time for field visit. Good knowledge and understanding of DO NO HARM principles and established education in emergencies standards. Positive team spirit, adopts a team style which adds value to work and reinforces good working practices. Demonstrates an understanding about the Safeguarding of Children and Young People Policy and compliance, applies the possible protection measures within the scope of job, and provides inputs for strengthening safeguarding measures. Willingness to work for and on behalf of the organization at the time of disaster within Plan working areas or outside. Ability to use basic office electronic equipment & computer applications. Fluency in English, written and spoken. Understanding and speaking local language of Cox's Bazar or Chittagong is an advantage. Experienced in working at humanitarian context like Cox's Bazar. Experienced in working for education related project.

Salary:
∎ Salary Package for this role is BDT. 77,135 fixed monthly Cost to the company. Along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, Festival Bonus, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
