Experience:

• Masters

Master’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Master in Public Health degree is an advantage.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or MEAL roles in development or humanitarian projects.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory MEAL position managing field teams.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing data collection systems for multi-sector projects (nutrition, WASH, livelihoods).

• Demonstrated competence in database management and digital data collection platforms (Kobo, ODK or equivalent).

• Experience working in the Chittagong Hill Tracts or remote, multi-ethnic settings preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

• The MEAL Coordinator is responsible for developing and leading the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system for the Project. The position ensures timely collection, analysis, and use of quality data to measure project performance and impact and to guide adaptive management. The Coordinator will work closely with the Country Office MERL Manager to ensure alignment with Helen Keller Intl’s organizational MEAL framework and data quality standards.

• The MEAL Coordinator will directly supervise MEAL Officers, providing technical guidance and capacity building to strengthen field monitoring and reporting systems across all implementation sites and partners.
