Educational Requirements:
∎ Permanent registration from BNMC
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma In Midwifery

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributes, in close collaboration with the selected health facility, as a representative of ogsb, to support the maternity staff and ensure quality health care of preventive and curative activities specially PPH & Eclampsia cases and ensure standard practice in labour room with regular presence in the facilities.
∎ Regular Report and coordination.Trains the staff on all components of Reproductive Health offered in Health Care set up, through on-the-job and formal trainings. Aware maternity staff about PPH & Eclampsia cases handling and record keeping. contributes to improving drug and material, management, including inventory, consumption,monitoring, supply requests and delivery to the required facility.
∎ Contributes to internal reporting as required (data collection from the facilities, monthly reporting, quarterly technical health report, bi-weekly operational report and monthly meeting with facility mentors).
∎ Maintains regular contacts with the Hospital management, Facility Gynae head and OGSB facility mentors, and community interlocutors.
∎ Stays alert about the security situation in the surrounding.
∎ Monthly facility required data & visit report submit.
