Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each business segment (Robotics, Heera Jewellers, and Cafe) to achieve strategic objectives and revenue targets.
∎ Coordinate cross-promotional opportunities to leverage synergies between the different business units & grow Sales Targets given by Leadership team.
∎ Content Creation and Distribution:
∎ Generate compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and website updates.
∎ Tailor messaging and content to resonate with the target audience for each business segment.
∎ Digital Marketing Management:
∎ Oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
∎ Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
∎ Brand Development and Management:
∎ Enhance brand identity and positioning for each business segment, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
∎ Implement strategies to strengthen brand loyalty and affinity among customers.
∎ Market Research and Analysis:
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in each industry segment.
∎ Analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
∎ Event Coordination and Promotion:
∎ Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and special promotions for Robotics, Heera Gold Jewellery, and Cafe, both onsite and online.
∎ Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and maximum attendance/participation.
∎ Partnership Development:
∎ Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry stakeholders to expand reach and drive business growth.
