Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architectural Firm, Civil Construction, Interior Design Business, Interior Project, Marketing and Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for bids on new projects.
∎ Determine the client's goals and requirements for the project.
∎ Good Idea about space utilization.
∎ Must have good relations with various consultants of civil engineering works, and renowned architects, Managing directors, directors of various industries, chief engineers, etc.
∎ Having well experience and familiarity in the Architectural industry.
∎ Initiate and develop contact with potential clients and work with principles to secure new clients and projects.
∎ Work with technical staff to develop proposals and scopes of work.
∎ Having good relations with top management of various organizations to sell Interior projects.
∎ Must have strong sales skills with having interpersonal, communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work as a team member under pressure.
∎ Strong desire for continuous learning and self-development.
∎ Having the desire to earn more incentive by increasing more sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
