∎ In order to support the expansion of business of all kind of Digital Scale, Medical & Laboratory Equipment`s, Digital Marketing & E-commerce. we are looking for committed, self-driven, active, highly motivated, energetic and talented with requisite qualifications for appointment in the post of Digital Marketing & Sales-Executive.
∎ Key Points: Experience of all kind of Digital Scale, Medical & Laboratory Equipment`s, Digital Marketing & E-commerce.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop strategies plan using various marketing techniques to increase product sales with on-time import proceed. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attractions.
∎ We are Importing & Supplying of all kind of Digital Scale, Medical & Laboratory Equipment's, Digital Marketing & E-commerce.
∎ Prepare Professional Sales & Digital Marketing Plan.
∎ Achieve Monthly Sales Target & Collections.
∎ Continuous Effort to Achieve Organizational Goals.
∎ Any Other Job As Assigned By the Organization.
∎ To develop new business and build up relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
∎ Encourage team work and efficiently develop, certify and evaluate periodical team performance.
∎ To ensure that day to day review is made on feedback received from team members on various issues and corrective actions are taken in time.
∎ Engage with the team members by giving market intelligence to formulate operational team strategy.
∎ Manage of all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Ability to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, online, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Three (03) years' experience all kind of Digital Scale, Medical & Laboratory Equipment's, Digital Marketing & E-commerce.
∎ Direct Sales & Digital Marketing.
∎ Physically fit & energetic and strong willingness for visits to different places or clients and company.
∎ Good Communication skills both in English and Bengali will be added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Attractive Performance based Commission.
∎ Two Festival Bonus as per company policy.
