∎ 1.Language ability: Good ability to hear, read and write English, and ability to communicate with customers in email and simple phone calls in English. Skills requirements:* Proficient in operating Office software such as Word, Excel, etc., with certain digital processing and document editing capabilities, can efficiently and accurately process the order related documents and data.* Has a good communication and coordination capability, and can effectively communicate with customers, production department, logistics department, etc., solve problems in a timely manner, and ensure the smooth progress of the order.* Careful and patient, strong conscientiousness, conscientiously responsible, have a strong sense of service and teamwork spirit, can withstand certain work pressures and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Communicating and coordinating with customers, tracking the production progress of the order, promptly feedback on customer requirements, and ensuring the order is delivered on time.2. Assist the sales team in handling order related matters, including receiving, entering, organizing and archiving orders to ensure that order information is accurate.3. Regularly coordinate with the production department to follow up on the production status of the order, coordinate to solve problems in the production process, and ensure the smooth progress of production.4. Collaborating with the logistics department to arrange order delivery, track logistics progress, and provide customers with accurate logistics information.5. Collect and organize customer feedback, communicate with relevant departments in a timely manner, and promote the improvement of products and services.
