• Language Proficiency: Solid command of Chinese (Mandarin), with strong speaking and writing skills. Must also be proficient in Bengali, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation abilities. Priority will be given to candidates holding relevant language proficiency certificates;

• Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with factory operations, trade practices, and cross-cultural business differences between China and Bangladesh. Basic understanding of legal and financial terminology is preferred to ensure accurate translation of specialized content;

• Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in translation-related roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry, Chinese-funded enterprises, or China-Bangladesh business cooperation projects. Candidates with extensive hands-on experience may be considered even if their academic qualifications are lower—we value practical ability and achievements more.

• Responsible for daily translation and communication between the factory and local government agencies, partner enterprises, and local employees. Tasks include business negotiations, correspondence, meeting arrangements, etc., ensuring accurate and effective information delivery to support smooth business operations.

• Assist in the translation of business materials and technical documents between Chinese and Bengali, including product manuals, contract agreements, operation procedures, etc. Translations must meet industry standards, using precise terminology and clear expressions.

• Accompany Chinese management to attend various external affairs such as exhibitions and factory visits, providing real-time, fluent, and accurate interpretation. Demonstrate professionalism and interpersonal skills to uphold the company’s image.

• Actively participate in internal cross-cultural training, introducing Bangladeshi culture, customs, and business etiquette to Chinese staff to foster mutual understanding and collaboration between Chinese and Bangladeshi team members, creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
